Participating in yoga, mindfulness and meditation is scientifically proven to increase neuroplasticity (neural network growth), increase focus (therefore productivity) and improve fluidity of the brain (the current measure of intelligence).  More importantly though, practicing yoga, mindfulness and meditation among coworkers creates a different foundation for connection.  When groups work along side one another, on an individual path of inner connection (breathing, practicing the postures of shapes, being peacefully still) that translates to the connection they will build working with one another.  A solid team with deeply rooted synergy is able to create genuine, sustainable business relationships with current and future clients.  It provides the framework for a social skill-set which “can't be taught,” and profits which can't be matched.

WellStated Wellness Practice is formulated as a series, each workshop building upon one another in a sequence.  Each participant will answer our carefully crafted intake form before workshop.  The company will have a similar intake form addressing its core values and corporate interpersonal communication needs.  All received information remains completely confidential.  We then weave customized workshops, threading together a network of trust, movement, support, stillness and inspiration for employees to utilize and companies to benefit from.

Private Yoga Sessions

One on one classes in the courtesy of a familiar environment offer the ultimate convenience for a multitasking yogi. Getting to class is no longer “half the battle.”  Geared towards your individualized health needs, intentions and desired manifestations, these customized sessions are a great way to expand your practice and awareness.  Formulated in a series specific to you and only you, private sessions from WellStated can be considered personal treatment plans. 

Yoga Touch

Yoga Touch is a one on one, full body, conscious experience including nine different body work modalities into the practice of yoga.  These include Thai Massage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage and Cranial-sacral Therapy (just to name a few.)  It is as if yoga is being done to you.  Imagine the most relaxing, feel good, hands on adjustment you have ever received while resting in svasana but for an entire hour.  That is Yoga Touch.
